Race Terms & Conditions

• All racers must sign a Waiver & Release Agreement. For those under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the agreement.

• Racers should check in no less than 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled race. Missed races will not be refunded and may not be available to be rescheduled.

• ADULT DRIVERS must be at least 56" tall and 13 years of age. Proof of age is required. An ANNUAL LICENSE ($5.99) is required to participate in Adult kart races. (License includes helmet rental, race results, and promotional offers.)

• YOUTH DRIVERS must be at least 48" tall. Need 2 Speed does not offer 2-passenger karts.

• Closed-toe shoes are required to race.

• All race bookings are subject to delays at the time of your visit. Online race bookings are non-refundable.
